With more cars on the road, waste tires are piling up. Old methods like burning or burying them take up space and pollute the environment. Our new line is special. We use crushing, wire separation, fiber sorting, and fine grinding to really make use of every part.
The process is simple: whole tires go in, get shredded, and then steel wires are pulled out clean. The rubber chunks are ground into small granules, then screened and blown to remove any leftover fluff. What's left is pure rubber - ready to be used again for making new rubber products, asphalt, running tracks, and more.
